At Doctor Scrubs, your satisfaction is important to us. We offer a 15-day exchange policy, which means you can request an exchange within 15 days of receiving your order.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item is non-embroidered
- It is unworn, unused, and in its original condition
- All tags and packaging are intact
- You have a receipt or proof of purchase
Please note: We currently do not offer refunds for online orders. Exchanges are provided in case of size issues or defects, subject to the policy outlined here.

Once your exchange is confirmed, please send the item(s) to:

Please make sure the parcel is safely packed and shipped with a tracking method.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong product, please inspect it immediately and contact us. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Non-Exchangeable Items
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Embroidered items
- Items that have been worn or washed
- Sale or discounted items
We reserve the right to deny exchanges that do not meet our return standards.
